Dalila has the most beautiful face and expression. Lovely girl!
Dalila adopted? Great news!
We are on our way home now from delivering Dalila to her new home. Will post an update soon!
It's been a pretty busy few weeks around here for sure. We did deliver Dalila to her new home with JoAnn on 10/14/2018. I snapped a couple of pictures and will post those, just from my cell phone because I forgot to grab my camera. 😉 We talked to JoAnn about a variety of horses and she was looking for a horse to get back into horses as an adult, and we think Dalila will be just perfect. JoAnn has 6 grandkids to love on Dalila too and she will love that. JoAnn is boarding Dalila with a trainer we are familiar with and has a great support system in place.
It was a rather icky day the day we delivered Dalila and had been lots of rain (and then it snowed up here!), so we were joking that Dalila was the cleanest one out in the pasture when we dropped her off, with her standing out with her bright white. We already got an update from JoAnn: "Just thought I’d let you know things are going well. She already has a friend. She had rolled in mud but got her cleaned up yesterday. I didn’t think to take a picture. I’ll send one soon." We are thrilled that Dalila found a great home, and we look forward to hearing about all of the adventures to come! Thank you for choosing adoption, JoAnn, and congratultations! Here are a couple of pictures. Dalila is the white one in the middle of the beautiful rolling hills. 😉 Attached Images
Sounds perfect! Congratulations, JoAnn.
Congrats JoAnn I can't wait to read about your adventures together.
Wow, lovely big pasture. Congrats.
In her new home just north of Madison 😉

My granddaughter took her first riding lesson on Dalila today. We are so blessed to have Dalila as part of our family. We love her to the moon and back.

I'm so glad Dalila finally found her forever home after getting bounced around. It sounds like she is the perfect fit and excellent mount for your granddaughter to learn how to ride. A girl with her horse, it doesn't get any better!
Good to see different generations enjoying horses. And Dalila being the center of it
