Casey's Cool Romeo - 10 yrs.

$400- Romeo is a 10 year old registered QH gelding. He stands at 15.1 hands tall, sound and healthy, has all his 2014 shots and is ready to go for the season. This is one outstanding looking boy, big, strong and full of potential. Romeo had 30 days of professional training 5 years ago and has not been ridden since, so he will need to be restarted, but his ground manners are very good, he is good for the vet and farrier, he leads, loads, ties, bug sprays and is a pretty easy going, laid back guy. He also tends to be on the lower end of the herd, not dominant, but not too timid either. For someone looking for a good looking, strong, healthy horse with a great start and absolutely no wear and tear, they don't get any better than this guy!

What a handsome boy!
He also stands to be fly sprayed in the pasture with no halter or lead rope.  :)  (Just a nice bonus around here)

He is a looker. What are the adoption procedures on him?thanks
Hi Walter, the adoption procedure is the same for Romeo as any of the adoption horses available.  You need to get your application in and approved, and that is spelled out on the horses available for adoption page and the application link is available on any of the pages of the website also.  That can be filled out either on-line or printed out and mailed in.  Here are the direct links to that information for you.

Why do I have I am Mr. Ed running through my head? I think that's when I fell in love with horses. Romeo is a HUNK!
Never judge a horse by it's color but that is one fine looking fellow.  Dollars to donuts (or should I say dollars to Kringles) Romeo will only be a short time guest at MHWF.  Like all the fine equines, hope you find a healthy and friendly home.
Barrel/ ranch horse pontenial?
Have tried to look up his pedigree, but neither AQHA nor All Breed Pedigree has him listed under Casey's Cool Romeo.   Tried to think of any great stud with one or two of those words.   Just didn't come up with anything.  Bet he is well bred with some talented ancestors.

Romeo really is an awesome horse, and probably one of the sweetest horses I've ever met.  Romeo is also a very lucky horse and found himself a great home yesterday!  Josh and Heather came to meet Romeo and found that he was exactly what they were looking for.  He will be Josh's horse, they will be doing some training together and eventually hitting the trails.  We really look forward to hearing of their adventures together and seeing some pics along the way too.

Thank you so much Josh and Heather, and congratulations!
Here is a cute pic from adoption day yesterday, 7/6/2014.
